the challenge
The founder of Prairie Street (formerly Prairie Street Prime) had a clear and ambitious vision to disrupt the cook-at-home delivery industry by revolutionizing the relatively untapped high-end Kosher meat market.
Launching a luxury DTC brand from scratch meant so much to communicate (with no collateral or north star messaging). With the holiday season fast approaching, I was brought in to bring this brand story to life, and to help create a community of discerning—and loyal—consumers. The engagement was a deep dive that continued almost 2 years.
